Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bike Bag. If you do not, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

How it works

Email us at support@bikebag.store with your order number and we will send you the return address. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we refund you to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us right away and we will replace it or refund you in full, with return shipping on us.
